How does the sizing run?
Our tees are oversized by design — if you want a regular fit, size down. Baby tees run fitted and short; size up if you're between sizes. Every product page has its own garment measurements, measured flat, with the tolerance stated. Nothing on this site uses a single brand-wide chart, because a boxy tee and a fitted baby tee cannot share one.
When will it actually arrive?
Two numbers, and we show both: dispatch takes 2 working days from Tiruppur, then transit is 3–4 working days to most metros. Your pincode gets its own estimate at checkout. If a drop produces after it closes, we say 'ships after the drop closes' with the date, rather than quoting you a delivery date we cannot keep.
Can I exchange for a different size?
Sometimes — and we tell you before you send anything back. Every drop is finite, so if your replacement size has already gone, an exchange is impossible and the only honest option is a refund. When it is available, we take the replacement out of live stock immediately and hold it for you for 7 days.
Who pays for a return?
We do, if the piece is faulty or not what you ordered. You pay a flat ₹99 if you simply changed your mind, deducted from the refund. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days — for cash-on-delivery orders we ask for a UPI ID during the return.
Is cash on delivery available?
At most pincodes, for ₹49, on a verified mobile number. The verification is one tap. It exists because an undeliverable COD parcel on a non-restockable drop is a unit nobody gets to own.
Why does the stock number keep moving?
Because it is real. It counts units held inside other people's open checkouts as well as units sold. We would rather show a number that admits it is provisional than one that quietly lies to you.
Will you restock?
No. Once it's gone, it's gone. Sold-out pages stay up so you can see what existed — the archive is the proof.
Where else can I buy 224dot?
Nowhere. We are direct-to-consumer only and always will be. No wholesale, no marketplaces, no resellers. If you see it elsewhere, it did not come from us.
