We sell direct to you and nowhere else — no resellers and no marketplace listings. A 224dot piece bought anywhere other than this site was not sold by us, and their returns policy says the same.

Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay. Adding an item to your cart does not hold it. If we cannot fulfil an order — a unit sold twice in the same minute, a payment that clears after stock has gone — we cancel and refund in full, and we tell you why.
Prices and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. What the product page says is what you pay; shipping and any cash-on-delivery fee are shown before you confirm, never after. Payments are handled by our payment provider — we never see or store your card details.
Delivery, returns and refunds
Shipping timelines are set out in the Shipping policy, and returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds in the Returns policy. Both are part of these terms. Nothing in either removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Our designs
The graphics, the wordmark, the Running Man and the photography are ours or licensed to us. Wear them, photograph them, style them, post them. Do not reproduce them on goods for sale. As their policy puts it: images, data or files on this site must not be used without the brand's consent.
Limits
We are liable for the goods we sell you and for our own negligence. We are not liable for indirect losses, nor for packages once a courier has them and the address given was wrong. Nothing here removes a consumer right that cannot be signed away.
