What we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
What we collect
To send you a parcel: name, delivery address, email and mobile. To take payment: nothing — the gateway handles the card or UPI credential and we never see it. To improve the shop: aggregate page and product analytics.
Card details
We do not store card numbers. RBI rules prohibit it. If you choose to save a card, your bank or the network tokenises it and we hold a token that is useless anywhere else.
Messages
We send transactional messages about your order by email, and by WhatsApp or SMS if you opt in. Marketing is separate, opt-in, and one message per drop. Leaving the list is one tap and takes effect immediately.
Who else sees it
The payment gateway, the courier carrying your parcel, and our email provider. Each sees only what their job needs. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
Order records for as long as tax law requires. Marketing consent until you withdraw it. Analytics in aggregate.
Your rights
