Shipping Policy
Two numbers, always: how long we take to make and pack it, and how long the courier takes.
Dispatch time
2 working days from Tiruppur. This is the part most stores hide inside a delivery estimate. It is real, it is ours, and stating it is the only way the date we give you means anything.
Transit time
3–4 working days to most Indian metros, 4–6 to the north-east and the islands. Your pincode gets its own estimate at checkout.
Shipping cost
Free over ₹1,499. ₹99 below that. Express is ₹199 and takes 1–2 working days after dispatch.
Cash on delivery
₹49, where the carrier supports it, on a verified mobile number. The verification is one tap and it exists because an undeliverable COD parcel on a non-restockable drop is a unit nobody gets.
Tracking
You get the carrier name and the AWB number the moment the parcel is picked up, with a link straight to the carrier. Carriers often go 24–48 hours without a scan; that silence is normal.
International
Coming. When it opens, prices will be shown ex-GST for export destinations, shipping quoted per zone, and any duties estimated up front rather than sprung on you at the door. We would rather not ship somewhere than surprise you there.
