The rules for buying from 224dot. Plain language, because a policy nobody can read protects nobody.
Who you are buying from
224DOT APPARELS PRIVATE LIMITED, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu 641604, India. GSTIN PENDING. We sell direct to you and nowhere else — there are no stockists, no resellers and no marketplace listings. If you bought a 224dot piece somewhere other than this site, we did not sell it to you and cannot support it.
Ordering
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay. If we cannot fulfil an order — a unit sold twice in the same minute, a payment that clears after stock has gone — we cancel and refund in full, and we tell you why.
Prices
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST. What the product page says is what you pay; shipping and any COD fee are shown before you confirm, never after.
Finite drops
Every drop is made in a fixed quantity and is not restocked. Stock counts on this site are live and include units held inside other people's open checkouts, which is why a number can move while you are looking at it. We would rather show you a number that admits it is provisional than one that quietly lies.
Your account
You can buy as a guest. If you keep an order, you are responsible for the security of the phone number or passkey attached to it.
Our designs
The graphics, the wordmark, the Running Man and the photography are ours or licensed to us. Wear them, photograph them, style them, post them. Do not reproduce them on goods for sale.
Limits
We are liable for the goods we sell you and for our own negligence. We are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here removes rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing law
Indian law. Courts at Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu.
